Jim & Florita Graham 

My Real Estate career has spanned over 30 + years beginning in Worcester, Massachusetts.   I have helped over 700 families buy & sell homes.  Florita, my wife & business partner and I know and understand from personal experience, about the emotional process of being the "Buyers" and the "Sellers". We have owned many homes and income properties throughout the years.

I have been in the RE/MAX organization for over 15 years.  Most of these years I have been rated in the top 1% in sales nationally.

We believe that education is important to help buyers and sellers make important decisions.  As a result I have earned CRS, CBR, SRES & E-PRO designations.  I graduated from Assumption College in Worcester, MA and earned my Bachelor´s Degree in Economics.

As an important part of this team, Florita brings 25 + years of advertising sales and marketing experience to the table. She handles all of the office administration, our "team" advertising, creates and produces all visual tours, all listing ads, all computer work, sets up, creates & manages all of our websites:
