REALTOR vs BUILDER.....
....When working directly with builder's representatives (the seller), the builder rep. does NOT represent you...YOU REPRESENT YOURSELF.

I would happy to represent your interests as a "Buyer's Agent"

MORE ABOUT A "BUYER'S AGENT" AND "LISTING AGENTS"...

"Listing Agents" typically earn twice as much commission if they can get you to buy one of their personal listings, and they often earn bonuses for selling "in house listings".  This works to the obvious disadvantage of a buyer who should be (but may not be) shown all the best homes within the buyer's category, regardless of who the listing agent is.

As a "Buyer's Agent" I show buyer/clients MLS listed properties, as well as any "For Sale By Owner" properties that meet the buyer's requirements.   I am completely objective
when advising buyer/clients about the value and re-sale potential of a property.  I am paid the same seller-authorized commission split that is offered across the board to any agent who brings a buyer.  I COLLECT NO FEES FROM OTHER BUYER/CLIENTS.  Purchasing a home through a listing agent guarantees that all the commission will go to the agent who represents the seller.

A home purchase is usually the largest investment of a lifetime.  Home buyers should always be represented by an agent like myself, who will pledge total and undivided loyalty to them and give you the kind of quality customer service you deserve.

REMEMBER.......

                      IT'S EXPERIENCE THAT COUNTS
